Description
If the drop link nut is seized, you’ll find that the whole drop link moves. You don’t want to put any stress on the drop link joint since it’ll damage it.
All you need to do is clean up the thread enough to screw the tool onto the drop link thread and tighten down the insert bolt so it touches the drop link thread.
The insert bolt stops the drop link from spinning as you’re holding the head of the insert bolt stationary with a spanner.
