On the 450 and 451 fortwo, in front of the wing mirrors are plastic triangles that have to be removed when you take off the front panels.
These panels are held in with one of these rivet things. They are small, you lost them didn’t you?
Pack of 2 because you’ll lose the other one eventually anyway.
